HARLINGEN – A math mistake could cost the Economic Development Corporation an extra $920,000 to build the Bass Pro Shops parking lot, the engineering company president said Wednesday.
An engineer miscalculated the size of the 1,000-car parking lot for the retail project at the junction of Expressways 83 and 77, Jack Brown, president of Brown, Leal & Associates said.
